(Download the Registration and Risk and Liability forms.)

Event starts @ 9:00am. • Doors open @ 8:30am.

Sponsored by MSU’s Intramural Sports and Recreative Services, Family Resource Center, and Women’s Resource Center. This program is initiated in conjunction with the National Girls and Woman Sports goal of providing educational sport experiences for girls as a method of increasing their interest in participating in sport over their lifetime.

Girls from 3rd to 8th grade are invited to participate in a Saturday morning clinic designed to introduce and encourage them to learn sports and fitness skills in a variety of sports. This year we offer flag football, volleyball, soccer, golf and self-defense/martial arts. MSU athletes and Kinesiology students assist with the skills and drills. A Circuit training method is employed which allows all the girls an opportunity to participate in all 5 sports.

This is our sixth year; we invite and welcome girls to try something new!
